Ingredients: 1 sucking pig ham leg, duck fat, salt, black pepper, thyme and bay leaf.
Preparation: heat the tin in a water bath during aprox. 10-15 min or until the duck fat has melted. Meanwhile heat oven to 200* C and put the grill. Lay the piece on an oven tray with the skin side up.Make sure to bake/grill the meat until it is really crispy and golden 15-20 min ( depends on the oven).
Suggestion : can be served with peppers and potatoes sautéed in the proper confit fat
To be stored in a cool and dry place.
